The island of Capri, Amalfi Coast, Italy! Go to the top of the island (Anacapri) and take a single-seater chair lift up to the very top (passing over budding artichoke plants that you can nearly touch with your feet as you pass over). Stunning 360 degree views of the Mediterranean and cocktails await! Will never forget it!
