I recently spent some time in Italy and one of my favorite trip quotes was from one of my travel mates: “Wow you have a good fork!” I can say without hesitation that I ate my way through Italy for two weeks. What better way to relive the delicious dining in Florence than to share some of my favorite Italitan restaurants recommendations, especially if Italy is on your radar for the coming year!
