Recently National Geographic named the top 10 US Boardwalks and Atlantic City’s Boardwalk walked away with top honors!  NatGeo called it “the grandfather of boardwalks” and I would have to agree.  I had the pleasure of spending sometime in AC this summer with my girlfriends for a weekend away. 

How frequently do you go snorkeling when visiting warm island destinations? Well, for me, I’d have to say my time spent in the water are few and far between, that is until recently.  Turks and Caicos is known to have some of the most beautiful water in the Caribbean, and has through the years received multiple awards for best beaches, honeymoon destination, best hotels as well as best diving location.  I have to agree on all accolades including best diving, or rather, best snorkeling.

Ice cream you scream, we all scream for hand dipped, soft serve ice cream, or frozen yogurt, how about custard, or my favorite gelato.  What is your favorite cold treat?  July was National Ice Cream Month and what better place to enjoy than beach side!
