- Just go to less crowded destinations. 90% of awesome places aren't crowded because the tourism industry doesn't talk them up OTPTravel

- Sometimes I'll use iPad. Sometimes I pre-plan. Usually I No Plan. davidmfrey
- I book flights from a few weeks to one week before I travel. Hotels tend to happen in transit or a few days before. foodieintl
- Mostly plan everything in advance. Otherwise I leave days for being spontaneous . insuremytrip

- It depends. International I usually like to pre-plan vs domestic I'll play by ear. aok98
