So as you know, I am a fan of all things in the city. I prefer not to sit on a beach all day, even though I’m from the East Coast and have spent many summers basking in the sun on the beach. For as long as I can remember I have said I can die happy if I get the opportunity to visit Australia. As I’ve started to travel more, my list has expanded. Some are unusual, while others are touristy. Here is my travel bucket list:
- Visit Australia – I want to surf in the water, scuba dive the great barrier reef, fly to Hamilton Island, lie in the sun (not every day, but at least once to say I did it)
- Ski Whistler – I should start out by just saying ski, because I have never been skiing. But I’ll go big and say ski Whistler
- Greece – I want to go to Olympia, travel along the coast and go to an olive grove and winery
- Cruise Alaska – Go whale watching, salmon fishing, take a helicopter tour, see the glaciers
- Argentina – Visit Buenos Aires and the surrounding towns; I recently learned of other awesome towns an hour or two away
- Live in Europe – London and Prague are my top two choices
- Horseback ride on a beach – Another activity I have never done. I don’t really have a preference as to where I’ll try it, maybe a beach in Hawaii
- France and Italy – Take a wine tour
- Skydive the Swiss Alps – That would be a rush!
- See all 50 states – Visit at least one city in every state in the U.S.
