A leader in both the boardroom and the community, April Mescher is an operationally focused executive who has spearheaded many process-improvement and technology initiatives throughout her career. Mescher’s 18 years of industry experience paid off in 2008 when she successfully managed a travel team that moved 30,000 participants to 100 destinations worldwide for clients that included Toyota, Allergen, DIRECTV and State Auto.

Not only has Mescher managed large travel accounts, but she has been responsible for large call centers and purchasing division’s of a major incentive company.  She is active in many industry councils and several advisory boards, as well as in her community, she sits on the Hospitality Management Advisory Council at Sinclair Community College, is a member of Leadership Dayton’s class of 2010, Generation Dayton, Business Leaders and Managers of Dayton, was voted one of the region’s Top 40 Executives under 40 for 2009 and volunteers time with children's charities.
 

As ZipSetGo.com's Managing Editor, Doris Condron is responsible for developing and maintaining the site's content, as well as the ZipSetGo Passport newsletter.

She and her team of writers and researchers use a variety of sources, including first-hand experiences and in-person interviews to find the best hotels, activities, restaurants and nightlife available in each destination.

Doris is well-suited for this role. After spending 20+ years in various marketing, market research, travel operations and planning positions, Doris is someone who has "been there and done that." She's loves combining her marketing, research and writing talents with the excitement of travel for travel planners and those who really love to travel as much as she does! 

Patricia Good is currently the Technical Director and Guru for ZipSetGo.com and the Director of Research and Development at Excellence In Motivation. She is responsible for providing strategic technology leadership, exploration of emerging technologies, and evaluation of strategic solutions for growth.

Pat is a non-traditional technologist. “Being equally strong on the right brained creative side as well as the analytical left brained has really helped me engage in technology and communicate how to apply and leverage it for growth.” Pat has led development of many other award-winning eCommerce and eLearning sites and brings a strong sense of business acumen and technology savvy to ZipSetGo.com.

Previously, she has held various positions developing and implementing technology solutions from start-ups such as Aardvark, Inc to Fortune 500 conglomerates such as W.R. Grace. Pat is considered an expert in eCommerce solutions, and has been a presenter on technology topics at events throughout Ohio for the Ohio Development Association, The Ohio State University, and the Ohio Chamber of Commerce Executives.  Pat has more than 10 years experience in software development, 20 years in software implementation and executive business and financial management.  In her spare time, Pat enjoys gourmet cooking for friends and providing cooking lessons.
