Let’s face it!  The heyday of air travel can only be seen in our rear view mirrors. I am a world traveler!  I am independent and want to be able to leave for my next exotic destination at a moment’s notice with no one to worry about but myself…

I am an individual who some might say got “lucky” in the genetic gene pool.  I am a smaller person with an extremely high metabolism and, for most of my life, I didn’t need to “watch what I ate”.    Well, as I am getting older (I have a major birthday this week), I have noticed that it’s not such a good idea to eat and drink whatever you want as you do gain weight and it’s much harder to lose now than it was five years ago.
